Do we accept refunds/exchanges?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) as long as we are contacted within 7 days of arrival and it is unworn. Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping fee for returns and do not refund the initial shipping charge. Head and footwear cannot be refunded. Please include your receipt in the package, as we cannot issue a refund without a receipt. Clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please contact our customer service email and provide your first name, last name, order number and reason for return. Customer service will get back to you within 24 hours and gladly assist you! If you wish to exchange for a different size, please follow the same instructions for returns and place a new order.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Tracking numbers are provided through text/email after your order is shipped out.
